Siltech PTM is a clear phenyl-modified liquid silicone with a high refractive index (1.46). It is a compatibilizer for many cosmetic ingredients and provides shine and mild conditioning for hair, according to Siltech (stand 1602). Siltech PTM improves spreading of creams and lotions, imparts gloss in makeup and ensures a premium sensorial. The INCI is Phenyl Trimethicone.
